First, the guiding ideology

Second, the work goals

Since 2018, over 50% of the investment projects in Qiaoxi District, Yuhua District, Chang'an District, Xinhua District, Luquan District, Fucheng District, Fucheng District, Gaoxin District, Zhengding County (including Zhengding New District), and Pingshan County government have been assembled With regard to method construction, more than 10% of non-government investment projects are constructed using prefabricated construction methods. Third, the key tasks

(1) Energetically foster support for assembly-type construction industry bases

Leading equipment manufacturers to develop parts and components to produce equipment and tools, and to improve the level of automation and flexible processing technology. The third is to ensure quality and safety. (d) Promoting the deep integration of prefabricated buildings and informatization

Fourth, policy support

(1) Including the construction of the construction-based construction industry base into the relevant plans and include them in strategic emerging industries. (3) Inviting bid invitations may be used for bidding for government investment projects where there is no or only a few prefabricated production and construction companies in the construction area.

(4) For commodity housing constructions constructed by means of assembly method, the investment in development and construction shall exceed 25% of the total investment in construction and the construction progress shall reach the main construction of the prefabricated building (having obtained the "Construction Project Construction Permit"). To apply for the "pre-sale license for commercial housing"; the assembly-type building can go up 30% when handling the registration of commodity housing prices.

(5) By the end of 2020, the newly-built urban-built commodity residential buildings (according to the “construction permit for building construction”) and rural residents self-built prefabricated housing projects (according to the completion time) shall be The government of the county (city, district) where it is located shall be subsidized at a rate of 50-100 yuan per square meter, and the subsidy for a single project shall not exceed 1 million yuan.
